Pamela’s career has spanned the financial services, telecom, and e-tail industries, and enabled her to develop a broad set of approaches and problem-solving skills to the issues and challenges confronting businesses today. Her direct management experience enables her to balance bringing strategic vision to new endeavors, while being able to dive in and outline the hands on requirements necessary to get the job done.
With established brands like American Express, Citibank, and Ameritech as a basis to hone her Branding and Direct Marketing skill set, Pamela has been able to apply that experience to more developing brands and entrepreneurial ventures like Atlantic Cellular, 1800Flowers.com, and RedEnvelope. Utilizing both offline and online branding and direct response vehicles (such as Advertising, DRTV (direct response television), online advertising, search, affiliate programs, direct mail, telemarketing, catalog, statement communications, direct sales and public relations activities) as well as strategic partnership and business development initiatives, she seeks to identify the right combination of channels to build revenue in a manner that is consistent with the brand’s value proposition. Applying database analytics for modeling, reporting, customer segmentation, and program development, she is able to recommend efficient resource allocation while increasing marketing effectiveness.
