In a hands-on program management assignment, Greenway Marketing Associates took on direct interim management of Expedia’s Online Marketing team, including the Search, Email, and Online Advertising teams.
With advances in online marketing and staff turnover, it became clear that our client had a talent gap it needed to address. Greenway Marketing stepped in to assess needs, add talent, reassign talent, and manage through the organization’s transition.
We added support to Search Marketing, restructured the email team and delivered enhanced functionality for email, advertising and search programs. Greenway also created and presented strategic plans and business forecasts.
